Internet and Mail order
Our website contains information about our online catalogue. It includes all prices and a shopping cart to either buy online using the very secure online credit card system or by printing out our order form and mailing us your requirements.
Payment
Four payment methods are available to our clients:
Credit Card: We accept Visa & Mastercard paid directly to us through the secure checkout system.
Credit Card Over the Phone: We accept Visa & Mastercard via a phone payment.
EFT (direct deposit): After you confirm the order you will be provided with our account details (BSB and Account numbers).
Gift Certifcate: Redeem a Gift Certificate purchased for you from our website.
Payment in full must be received before orders are dispatched.
All prices are GST inclusive.
Delivery
Our delivery time for Australian destinations is between 2 and 10 working days depending exactly where the destination is and what your requirements are. If there are any unexpected delays we will advise you as soon as we are aware and keep you updated with the status of your order.
Postage and Handling Info
Candlewick House uses Australia Post and Toll IPEC Road Express for postage.
Postage is $12.50 for up to 3Kg's to most capital cites. For every 1Kg after an additional $2.50 surcharge applies, this will be calculated on the total weight and size of your order. CandleWick House is charged by Australia post and Toll Ipec either by Size or weight which ever is the greater.
The following areas may require additional postage charges:
NT, MTG, SWA, NWA, CWA, BRM, DRW, ASP, HBA, LST, TAS, SESA, NWSA and Cape York.
